Nen is a fictional vitiligo skin care brand that specializes in sunscreen moisturizers. Nen is designed to comfort those affected by the skin condition of vitiligo, nen is putting the comfort back into skin. Branding had to be developed based on a circular tin that was 2 inches in diameter. A targeted demographic was recognized with the goal of designing a package in direct competition with similar products on the market. 

Vitiligo is caused by a lack of melanin in the skin’s pigment, it affects 70 million people in the world, of all ethnicities, ages and genders. It’s a very complicated disorder in that there is no cure. Vitiligo can be a very debilitating disorder in which mental health is extremely affected. Nen was created by Connor Young who has lived with vitiligo since he was 6 years old.

Every box was phsyically built and mocked up, the primary package holds the two inch container for 30+ SPF sunscreen moisturizer. The auxiliary package displays a refreshing aloe gel in a 1.5 oz squirt bottle, nen also includes a swag bag for traveling.
